- 1½ tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 cups ice cold water
- 1 - 1¼ lb peaches (about 2-3 large)
- 1 tbsp unpacked brown sugar
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- Egg whisked with 1 tbsp water
- Turbinado sugar (optional)
