If you are needing a fun Christmas cookie, these Peanut Butter Rudolph Cookies will be perfect. We transform a super simple thumbprint peanut butter cookie into a Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer. So fun! Every holiday season, I spend quite a bit of time baking with and without the kiddos. I like a more traditional cookie like the Traditional Spritz Cookie I shared with you last week. The kiddos love just about any cookie but when we do fun holiday treats like these Rudolph Cookies, they are always quick to gobble them right up.
