- 2 large cans crushed pineapple drained
- Bacardi Rum

OneOneoOne of my favorite frozen drinks. For kids but adults may want to add Bacardi. A great drink for New Year's Eve. Make virgins for the kids and Rum for the adults. Taste great and hits the spot with a sweet and icy feel. It is a pineapple goodness that you need to experience once in your lifetime.

Make sprite or 7-up ice cubes night before.

Add pineapple to a blender. Start with a 2:1 ratio of pineapple to ice cubes. So for 3 cups of pineapple, add 1½ cups of ice. if adding Rum, add as much or as little as you like.

Pulse until ice is broken up but not completely pulverized, about 45 seconds. Enjoy!
