Recipe Description

Recently we went to Colorado for a vacation and my husband fell in love with green chili, YES! Where we are now, it is hard to find a good recipe in a restaurant. I based this on a recipe I found online by Guy Fieri, adding a few of my own touches. It turned out so good I saved the leftovers in the freezer for an upcoming recipe! My husband and son loved it. A little spicy and very hearty. Great with a side of beans and tortillas.
