- 2 tbsp 2 tbsp sugar

- 7 oz 7 oz cherries
- 2 tbsp 2 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp 4 tbsp water
- 11 oz 11 oz chocolate
- 10 fl. oz 10 fl. oz whipping cream
- 2 tsp 2 tsp butter
Recipe Description
Today I am culinary again in another European country. In Portugal. I’ve never been there, but it should be quite beautiful there. I certainly can not tell you if you can find these tartlets in Portugal, like I serve them. But they’re delicious especially with the chocolate sauce and the cherry compote. A perfect base for shopping or to pick cherries themselves. Go to the countryside make a nice walk and pick a handful of cherries. Of course, only where it is permitted :-) And not forget to snack a few during the picking. Back to the tarts that taste delicious even without the topping. But I prefer them with the cherries because I really like fruits.
