These simple cream cheese tarts are made quickly and they are so easy to do. Whether you are hosting a party this summer or for any holiday gathering these are sure to be a crowd pleaser. You bake them in cupcake wrappers for nice individual portions which works so well at picnics and parties.
It’s a creamy cheesecake mixture over buttery crushed vanilla wafers then topped with some canned pie filling like cherry or blueberry when they come out of the oven – it’s dessert heaven.
