  • 2 Tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 cup butter, softened to room temperature
  • 1 Tbsp orange zest
  • 3-4 cups powdered sugar
  • 2-3 Tbsp orange juice, fresh
  • 2 Tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 22-24 Raspberries
