Ingredients
- 1 can of biscuits (I used butter flavored)
- 1-lb Breakfast sausage
- 3 Tbsp Flour
- 2½ C Milk
- salt & pepper to taste
Recipe Description
The Sausage Gravy and Biscuits Casserole that I made was for a brunch gathering. It was the first time I had ever made it and realized too late that I should have doubled up on the gravy! There is a lot of biscuits and it soaks up the gravy.
I made a double batch of this breakfast casserole since there was nearly 20 of us eating it.
