Skillet Apple Carrot Cake. This is the perfect fall dessert, it screams fall with the apples and using a skillet and amazing flavor. You can make this in a baking pan however it is sooo much better looking when you bake it in a skillet! This is a family favorite dessert ever since the first time I made it and they would love it if I made it every day.
