It actually snowed here last night. My husband and I are refusing to turn the heat on this soon in the year. Living in Central NY is always an adventure. This time of the year you don’t know if it is going to be 30 or 70 degrees. I decided to fire up the oven and bake all day today. I had some great apples from North Star so I decided on a nice skillet apple crisp.
