This Slow Cooker Coke Pulled Pork recipe will be perfect for an easy weeknight meal. Or add your pork to some slider rolls for some mini sandwiches to enjoy at a summer picnic. Just a couple of ingredients and a bit of time in the Crock-Pot and your pork is tender and tasty. We have added soda to our Slow Cooker Dr. Pepper Pulled Pork and Coke to our Slow Cooker Coke Ribs quite frequently. This time around, we decided to add Coca-Cola to our pulled pork. I am super excited that we gave it a try.
