Recipe Description

For this recipe, you can use canned beans if you have them on hand. I have dry beans in my pantry so I soaked them overnight with some Seattle Seasoning Salt I received from Two Snooty Chefs as part of my Spice of the Month club in 2014. Seattle Seasoning Salt is a combination of Bell Peppers, Kosher Salt, Tomato, Garlic, Onion and Herbs. If you don’t want to purchase the special seasoning, just combine some of your favorite herbs and spices including garlic and onion. You can put your own signature on this soup with however you season it.
