- 2 quarts peanut oil
- 1 quart buttermilk
- 4 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup cayenne pepper sauce ( I used Franks Red Hot)
- ⅓ cup water
