Recipe Description
This tiramisu entremet is a pastry masterpiece with its mulptiple layers of cream and mousse. From bottom to top, the cake includes: butter genoise, coffee syrup, mascarpone mousse, coffee cremeux and chocolate praline mousse, all topped with a shiny, rich chocolate glaze and decorated with Amaretto truffles and a chocolate ring.
