- 1 PACKAGE Double 8 Cattle Company Fullblood Wagyu Beef Sukiyaki Strips
- 1/2 Large Red Bell Pepper (roasted, seeded, and cut into strips)
- 12 Medium Size Asparagus Spears
- 2 TBSP Grapeseed Oil
- 1/2 TSP Kosher Salt
- 1/2 Large Red Bell Pepper (roasted, seeded, and diced)
- 2 Eggs* (yolks only)
- 1 TBSP Dijon Mustard
- 3/4 CUP Grapeseed Oil
- 1/4 CUP Olive Oil (use high quality olive oil)
- 2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
- 2 TSP Lemon Juice
- 1 TSP Kosher Salt
- 1 TSP Hot Sauce
Recipe Description
Wagyu beef-wrapped asparagus spears are perfect for grilling season! Each asparagus spear is grilled and then wrapped in tender beef with a strip of roasted red bell pepper. The asparagus is then placed back on the grill, and the result is a delicious snack! Dip them in the red pepper aioli for maximum flavor!
