Ingredients
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, in juice, not drained
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1 large (16 ounce) tub of COOL WHIP thawed
- 1 cup of miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup of chopped pecans or walnuts, optional
Recipe Description
I made this salad the other day. It is a old fashioned recipe. I remember my mom making it in the 70’s when I was growing up. It seems everyone loves it. Then it kind of fell by the wayside. It kind of went out of style. Then I saw it the other day in the deli and got really excited. I had forgotten how easy it was to make. Also not to mention how wonderful it tastes.
