White Chocolate and Blueberry Skillet Brownie. I love cooking in my cast iron pan. For this recipe I used fresh blueberries but you can use frozen. This time of the year blueberries are inexpensive. This make the crispy edges with the googy middle. You will love this recipe. This is perfect with ice-cream or even all by it’s self.
