- 3 cups 3 cups mashed potatoes (left over is great)
- 3/4 cup 3/4 cup scallions
- 1 tbsp. 1 tbsp. garlic
- 2 tsp. 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/8 tsp. 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch 1 pinch salt
