Ingredients
- 1 lb. green beans
- 4 strips bacon
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp. onion
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. poppy seeds
- 1/2 tsp. white sugar
- 1/8 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
Recipe Description
This updated version of the old fashioned green bean salad is just terrific! The Vinaigrette is delicious and the beans cooked perfectly. It makes a great picnic salad for any summertime activity. Think of having this at your Memorial Day, graduation or Fourth of July picnic/party this year.
