Cinnamon apples made with a twist. Delicious cinnamon apples made with a touch of brandy. This is a easy recipe. The hardest part of the recipe prep is peeling the apples and not trying to drink all of the brandy while you cook! These brandied cinnamon apples are a great topping for pancakes, waffles, oatmeal, ice cream, etc. They are even great all by themselves. Also use them as a pie or apple crisp filling for your next dessert.
