Recipe Description

Bacon, Potato and Cheese Pizza is an out of the everyday, gourmet style pizza the whole family will love. It cost about $6.95 to make which is far less than what pizza houses charge you for a gourmet pizza.
This is delicious and it’s filling too. With the blend of potatoes, bacon, sour cream and cheese and it’s like having a stuffed baked potato but in pizza form. Some nice chives would definitely liven up the flavor as well.
The most amount of time is in the rising of the dough and store bought pizza dough is just fine for this recipe. The actual prep time outside of that is about 30 minutes. Our store carries pizza dough in the dairy section and I love the convenience of it. Some local pizzerias will also sell just the dough, but the store brand is very inexpensive and it tastes great too.
A gourmet delightful pizza – Cooking On A Budget style! I hope you give this one a go.
