- 1 head fresh broccoli
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2-3 tbsp parmesan cheese
- 1 slice lemon (optional)
If you like Broccoli, then you NEED to try this recipe! Maybe you have kids that won’t eat veggies, like we did and now they will eat this 4-5 times a week if I make it! It comes out so crunchy on the tips , yet the middle is still soft.
The recipe calls for parmesan cheese so if you can get your hands on locatelli romano. This DOES make a difference in the taste and it’s the BEST parmesan cheese in my eyes! I’m Italian so I kinda know a thing or 2 ;)
If you follow any of my other recipes, you may want to grab yourself a container of this cheese since it’s the only one I use in all of my recipes. But don’t let this be a deal breaker if you can’t find it. The recipe is still super YUMMY with any cheese.
