- ΒΌ cup + 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup grated Fontal (or Gruyere) cheese
- fresh thyme
- WHITE SAUCE
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup milk (I used 2%)
- 1 tablespoon flour
- pinch salt
- dash of oregano, basil and pepper
