  • 1 cup grated Fontal (or Gruyere) cheese
  • fresh thyme
  • WHITE SAUCE
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup milk (I used 2%)
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • pinch salt
  • dash of oregano, basil and pepper
