- TOMATO SAUCE
- 1½ tablespoons olive oil
- ¾ cup tomato purée
- ¼ cup water
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon basil
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 small garlic clove chopped
- TOPPING
- ¾ - 1 cup shredded firm Mozzarella, Fontina or Gruyere cheese
- ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
