For me, this recipe I’ll show you today is something exotic. For you maybe a daily meal? An Indonesian soup called Bakso. You can add almost everything to this master recipe. When I eat this Bakso soup and close my eyes, I dream of traveling and can hardly stand to choose Indonesia as my next destination. I love traveling and want to see as much as possible of the world. My version shines with cilantro, parsley and garlic in just the meatballs. For this purpose then the tasty soup, the noodles and yet crisp, fresh, spring onions added only before the serving.
