- 4 ounces strawberries
- 2 ounces blackberries
- 3 ounces blueberries
- 2 ounces raspberries
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup Chobani Greek yogurt, plain
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 cup ice cubes
Recipe Description
A berry healthy smoothie is aptly named because it is an all-berry smoothie with some other healthy ingredients in there too, for protein and nutrients. It’s also ‘berry healthy.’ I exercise everyday and maintain a healthy diet. Part of my post-workout routine is a protein packed smoothie. Protein is very important to help muscles recover and repair and keep me energized for the rest of the day. In the Winter, when I can’t get fresh berries I use frozen and for this reason, this is why this smoothie can be made year round.
