- 3 English Cucumbers or 4 large cucumbers, peeled and sliced thin
- 1/2 Cup Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 2 TBSP Water
- 1 White or Red Onion sliced thin, optional
- Salt & Pepper to taste

Betty’s Country Cucumbers, passed down for many generations. It was sadly lost one generation until Betty was able to find it from a distant cousin. She saved the day because this recipe is too delish not continue to be passed on. I will pass this recipe on to all of you. Perfected long ago and absolutely EASY & delish!
