Ingredients
- •1 tube refrigerated pizza dough (or your favorite pizza dough)
- •¼ cup cornmeal
- •¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- •½ cup spinach, chopped
- •5-6 pieces cooked bacon, crumbled
- •1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- •½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
- •¼ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- •Chives and cracked black pepper for garnish
- •4 eggs
Recipe Description
This is a great breakfast for a weekend morning with the family. You can add or take away ingredients and make it your own. It cooks up fast because you use store bought pizza dough. I like to add a few vegetables on my pizza and then when you put the eggs on top, look out, you have something special.
