Recipe Description

Wow, what a recipe title huh? With having three kiddos, mornings can be a little chaotic. I have to get my two off to school bright and early, drop the other off at preschool, run errands, etc. Needless to say, breakfast is quite difficult for me to fit in for myself.

Lately, I have been making these smoothies in the mornings, and putting them in my to go cup! Not only do they keep me full until lunch, but they are healthy and simple to make.

I like to include a little AllWhites egg in my smoothie because it is fat free, cholesterol free, 0 PointsPlus® value per serving on the Weight Watchers® program, and a lean source of protein. In fact, not only do I use it in my smoothies, but I also use it in a lot of my daily recipes. It is a great, healthy alternative for recipes that call for eggs. 100% liquid egg whites with no yolk!! You can find it in the refrigerated dairy section of your grocery store!
