- 4 minced Garlic Cloves
- 1 tbsp Cilantro - chopped
- to taste Salt & Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Doctor's Hot Sauce or to taste
Recipe Description
Chef Tony Merola’s ® Grilled Steak with Hot Sauce Butter is simply amazing! Filet Mignon is preferred but you can use any steak of your choice. He highly recommends the Doctor’s Hot Sauce – it is better than any other Hot Sauce out there! Be sure that when your steaks are done you put them on a WARM plate and allow them to “rest” for 3 minutes before serving. This gives the steak that yummy tender flavor that you get at a restaurant.
