Ingredients
- 1 1/4 sticks butter
- 1 1/3 cups sugar
- 2 TBSP cocoa
- 1 1/4 + cups flour
- 1 pkg chocolate shortbread cookies
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup chocolate syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 6 cups chocolate ice cream
- 1/2 cup toffee bits
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 TBSP powdered sugar
Recipe Description
A true chocolate lovers dessert. Start with a chocolate cookie crust, filled with layers of chocolate ice cream prepared with mix-ins, a rich chocolate cake center, and enhanced with and decorated with whipped cream. Slice and freeze to have available for a party or any time. Easy to put together and impressive to serve.
