Ingredients
- 2-4 lbs. Corned Beef
- 1-2 bottles beer (your choice, but a darker beer gives more flavor)
- Water, about 1/2 gallon
- 1 cup Mustard
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
Recipe Description
Corned Beef is the star in our house on St. Patrick’s Day, and I love to share that day with friends. I never cook just one Corned Beef at a time, I usually do two or three. They’re great to have in the freezer, and pull out whenever you get the craving for either a full meal, or Corned Beef Hash or… just because.
