- 3 large shrimp, peeled & deveined, then chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 5-6 large spinach leaves, rinsed and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 Tablespoon butter, melted
- Seasoned bread crumbs
Recipe Description
Crab & Cream Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms made with Kraft Philadelphia Cream Cheese, fresh spinach and crab. There are also chunks of shrimp in there too. When you have a crowd to serve, make-ahead appetizers are the way to go. I love this recipe because you can mix the stuffing well ahead of time and keep it in the fridge, even overnight. I did this and it stayed just fine until I was ready to stuff my mushrooms and pop them into the oven.
