  • 5-6 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1-2 fresh red chillies
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme or Your favourite herb
  • grated parmesan cheese, for each clutch

If you are a gentleman and the kind who is clueless right now. Its a Hand purse that comes in different sizes, shapes, colour and finish! Yes, its pretty & handy!

Today’s recipe is of bite size clutches filled with goodness of capsicum & a subtle hint of herbs and heat. (Of course you can balance that to your taste) Not to mention the bits of your favourite cheese!!
Its easy, quicker than many other recipes you try pretty often and I promise you will like them just as much as my family did. :)
