Crock Pot Ranch Pork Chops
Sooo easy! Just throw it all in the crock pot and forget it. Crazy tender and delicious with a creamy gravy for mashed potatoes, egg noodles, or rice.
6-8 pork chops (I used 1/2″ boneless, trimmed of excess fat)
1 packet dry Ranch Dressing mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
dash of creole seasoning, optional
Coat crock pot with cooking spray.
Place pork chops on bottom.
Sprinkle the dry Ranch powder over chops.
Spread both soups on top.
Cover and cook on High about 3 hours, or on Low about 6 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
