  • •1 pork loin roast (I used boneless but you can also use bone-in)
  • •1 can chopped green chiles
  • •2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • •1 tablespoon chili powder
  • •2 teaspoons salt
  • •1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • •1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • •1 (32 oz) container chicken broth
  • •1 can diced tomatoes and green chiles
  • •Optional: rice, cilantro, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, cheese, pickled jalapenos.

Recipe Description

This is an awesome crockpot recipe that you can use for some many different things. Shredded pork and pinto beans cooked in chili powder and tomatoes and chili, you can’t go wrong. This would be perfect to make for a weekend of football watching. I used the pork and beans to top a burrito bowl but this would also be great for tacos, burritos, and nachos.
