- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted sweet cream butter, softened

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup of Andes peppermint crunch chocolate.
