I want to share this super easy and vegan recipe of Pad Thai, it is one of the best known Thai dishes based on rice noodles vegetables and a delicious soy sauce. I created this recipe by my own, mixing Asian tastes that I love. Also this Pad Thai recipe is very versatile and you could also add or change the vegetables in the recipe for the ones you like best.
