- 1 pound Fresh Strawberries
- 1 Juice Lemon
- 4 Tablespoons honey
Recipe Description
Easy strawberry Ice Cream! This is so yummy! It’s egg free, creamy and jam packed with strawberries.
I have made the ice cream in my ice cream machine, but if you don’t have one, don’t worry. I’ve added some instructions at the end if you want to make the ice cream without a machine.
This is delicious served just as it is, on its own, and of course you can serve it in an ice cream cone or alongside a lovely pie. Whichever way you choose to eat this I am sure you will love it!
