- 8 Pineapple Rings
- 2 Tablespoons Syrup. (I used pancake syrup)
- 2 sticks, or 7 oz, or 200 g softened butter
- 1 cup or 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups or 200 g Self raising Flour. *If using All Purpose flour, add 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 Cup or 120 ml Milk
- 6 Tablespoons Pineapple Juice (from the can of pineapples)
