Ingredients
- 4-5 large (softball sized) sweet onions
- A rustic bread or french baguette
- Cheese for the topping on the bread
- 3 cans CampbellsĀ® Beef Broth
- 1 1/2- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2-3 bay leaves
- 1 tbsp. granulated garlic
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. coarse ground pepper
- Salt to taste
