- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/3 cup Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 cup Whole Milk
- 1/3 cup Unsalted Butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
