- 12 thin slices of kiwi
- 12 mandarin oranges
- 6 raspberries, cut in half
- honey to use as glue (optional)

This fruit sushi (also known as “frushi”) is a fun dessert or snack. Lightly sweetened coconut sushi rice is formed into shapes and topped with a variety of fresh fruit. This is a real kid pleasing recipe and is also great for a party. You can get creative and use your favorite fruit to create different flavor combinations.
