• 8 OZ Sliced Pepperoni
• 1 LB Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
• Grapeseed Oil
• Kosher Salt (to taste)
• Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
• 2 CUP Crushed Tomato
• 2/3 CUP Sweet Onion (minced)
• 1/2 CUP Red Wine
• 4 LARGE Garlic Cloves (minced)
• 2 TSP Dried Basil (or 2 TBSP Fresh Basil)
• 1 TSP Dried Oregano
• 4 CUP Bread Flour (plus additional for rolling)
• 2 TSP Sugar
• 2 1/2 TSP Instant Dry Yeast
• 1 3/4 CUP Water (temp: 90°F)
• 3 TBSP Olive Oil
