These paleo gingerbread cookies are made with whole ground almonds, coconut flour, tapioca flour and a blend of seasonal gingerbread spices (ginger, nutmeg, cloves, etc). They are gluten free, dairy free, and grain free can easily be made in under an hour. Kid friendly!
