Ingredients
- 1 cup Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt, I use Morton Kosher Salt
- ¾ cup buttermilk, I use Kate's Creamery Real Buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon espresso powder, I used 2 packets of Starbucks Via Italian Roast
- 1/3 cup cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 recipe Mocha Ganache Frosting, see below
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 8-inch doily
