- 15 oz can chickpeas
 - 15 oz can white beans
 - 15 oz can light red beans
 - 2 cups chopped fresh green beans
 - 1-pint container grape tomatoes
 - 2 cups chopped cucumber
 - ½ cup chopped red onion
 - 1 cup pitted and sliced Mediterranean medley olives
 - 1 (4 oz) container crumbled feta cheese
 - 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
 - ¾ cup soybean oil (vegetable oil)
 - ½ cup red wine vinegar
 - ½ tsp salt
 - 1 tsp ground black pepper

Greek Bean Salad has 4 types of beans, lots of veggies, feta cheese, and is topped with a light zesty dressing. Delicious as a side dish to a meal or even as lunch with toasted baguette or pita.
