It’s sooo hot here in Nuremberg. So I really have no desire for hearty, heavy meals. So I will cook some light meals the next few weeks. We will start with this green gazpacho today. Do you know what that is? Spanish, cold vegetable soup. Beautifully refreshing and this one is made out of green vegetables only. Really delicious, healthy and it is also vegan. With no meat or animal products. I especially like the freshness and the garlic. I add garlic to the soup and rubbed it on the grilled bread as well, cause I really like garlic. =D Refreshing, filling and delicious.
