Recipe Description
Pork and vegetables skewers are the perfect grilling dish that are not only easy to assemble, but they cook up in minutes. They come with a delicious marinade that carries over to into a dipping sauce. Bring on the grilling weather.
Summer is just a few weeks away and hopefully the weather is getting nice and warm where you are because it’s time to start thinking about all that summer grilling you’re going to enjoy. Grilling is my favorite way to cook in the summer and skewers are especially my favorite thing to grill. I have so many grilling recipes on this blog that I compiled an ecookbook. I digress. Just about anything goes when it comes to grilling skewers and just about any vegetable you can thread onto a skewer as well as any meat or even fish can be grilled this way. This method is also perfect for entertaining because everyone gets their own skewers and it’s just a fun way to eat. Today we’re making pork and vegetable skewers that are marinated in a delicious herb marinade for fresh, bright flavors with a little sweetness from Tate+Lyle® Organic Pure Cane Sugar.
