- 1 cup wheat flour

Recipe Directions
In a bowl add in the jaggery and water.
Add in the salt, fennel seed powder, baking soda, wheat flour and mix it all together.
In a pan heat oil for deep frying.
Add in the prepared mixture and deep fry it until it turns golden brown in colour.
Gul Gule is ready to serve.
